And guess what? My process is repeatable, and works when applied to any situation.
I’ll give you an example from my own life...
When I decided to lose weight, I joined a gym and religiously used the treadmill.
At the start of every session, I plugged in the answers to the questions the treadmill system asked me about my desired workout intensity, target heart rate, and weight.
For the last question, though, I consistently entered my ideal weight, not my actual weight.
And day in and day out, I repeated the same routine.
This mind-reprogramming habit helped me see myself at my ideal weight and turn it into my reality.
